Still sending invoices from a Gmail address? Let’s get you a proper inbox at your own domain — set up right, synced everywhere, gone in one session.
Get Help with Email“How do I get email at my own domain?”
You probably don’t need my help to set up your email. Just go to Google Workspace to get started and follow the onboarding steps.
“How do I stop my emails from going to spam?”
Don’t skip DNS records. Make sure you add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC in your domain settings during setup so your emails land in inboxes, not junk.
“What if I want billing@ or sales@ addresses too?”
Don’t pay for extra accounts. Just set up free email aliases like billing@ or sales@ which will route straight into your main inbox (you can also use them to reply to emails too).
Workspace Email FAQs
What can I expect from an email setup session?
We pick a provider (usually Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), set the DNS records that make it actually work, and migrate your existing mail over. You leave with a working you@yourbusiness.com inbox.
Will I lose any of my old emails or contacts?
No. We’ll safely migrate all your existing messages, folders, and contacts over to your new inbox so everything stays right where you expect it.
Do I have to use Google Workspace?
Not at all. Google Workspace is the popular choice, but Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, or Proton Mail work great too. We’ll pick whatever makes the most sense for your workflow and budget.
How does this 45-minute session work?
It’s a live video call with screen sharing. I’ll walk you through the setup step-by-step or I can handle the technical DNS updates for you while you watch.
